🇮🇹 ItalyVenice is equal parts absurd and magical. A city with no cars, built on water, somehow still functioning. I spent most of my time getting purposely lost in the back canals and working my way through the city's cicchetti bars one Spritz at a time.

Travel for me has always been about eating. Not the tourist version — the real version. Hawker stalls in Singapore, izakayas in Osaka, tiny wine bars in the backstreets of Paris.
And cocktails. Always cocktails. There's something about sitting at a bar in a new city, watching the bartender work, that makes you feel immediately local.
This journal is my attempt to remember all of it — the meals, the views, the detours that turned out to be the whole point.
